The plant has a shrub or small tree habit, reaching a height and width of 3–4 meters with an annual growth of 20–40 cm. The fruits are characterized by a sweet honey-like taste and ripen starting in August; a second wave of fruiting is possible until September.
The variety lacks winter hardiness. In cold climates, container cultivation is required with relocation to a protected area at a temperature of 12–15°C or reliable covering. The plant prefers sunny locations protected from wind, and permeable loamy soil with moderate watering.
