The variety is double-cropping, producing two harvests per year: the first in late June, the second in early September. The plant forms a vigorous crown with large leaves. The fruits belong to the 'white' category, have greenish-yellow skin and flesh ranging from pink to red in color.

The variety is thermophilic and adapted to the Mediterranean climate. Old branches of the tree are frost-resistant. The fruits are used fresh and for the production of distillates; they are noted for their pronounced taste, while the fruits of the first harvest are usually larger than subsequent ones.
