The plant reaches a height of 2–3 meters and a width of 1.5–2 meters. Leaves are dark green, oval-shaped, lobed with finely serrated edges, turning yellow in autumn. Flowers are solitary, cup-shaped, 8–10 cm in diameter.
The variety blooms profusely from June to September, sometimes until October. It is characterized by winter hardiness down to -25°C (USDA zone 5b) and drought tolerance after rooting. To stimulate flowering, annual pruning of the previous year's shoots in late winter or early spring is recommended.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
