The variety is a rootstock intended for use with various citrus species, including oranges and mandarins. It provides trees with moderate or semi-dwarfing growth and facilitates the production of high-quality fruit, comparable to the characteristics of fruit on Cleopatra mandarin rootstock.

The plant possesses complex resistance to diseases, including citrus tristeza virus, Phytophthora, and citrus nematode. It is distinguished by high tolerance to calcareous and saline soils, tolerates temporary waterlogging, and possesses cold hardiness down to -16°C.
