The plant reaches 3–4 meters in height and can be grown in the form of a standard tree. The oval leaves with serrated edges are dark green in color. Flowering begins in mid- to late summer and continues until early autumn.
The variety has high frost resistance (USDA zones 3–8) and is considered a hardy plant that adapts well to various soil types if drainage is provided. The bush can grow in both sun and partial shade, however, heavy inflorescences can lead to lodging of the shoots, which requires formative pruning.
The plant is used as a solitary specimen, in group plantings, and in hedges. The inflorescences are suitable for cutting and creating dried bouquets.
