The shrub is characterized by a spreading habit and reaches a height of 1.5 to 2.0 meters. Erect and stiff brownish shoots are capable of supporting heavy inflorescences without damage.
Cone-shaped inflorescences reach a length of 35–40 cm and consist of fertile and sterile flowers. The leaves have an elongated shape and a deep green color.
Flowering begins in June or July and continues until frost. The variety possesses high winter hardiness down to -40 °C, is resistant to diseases and pests, and is suitable for single and group plantings, use in cut arrangements, and cultivation in containers.
