The shrub is characterized by an upright crown shape, reaching a height of 1.5–2 m with a width of 1.2–1.5 m. The shoots are rigid, dark burgundy in color, and do not require staking. The leaves are dark green, simple, narrowly ovate in shape, and located on coral-red petioles.
The inflorescences are pyramidal, dense, and 25–40 cm long. The color gradually changes from milky-white to pale pink and finishes in a deep wine-red color, while the tip often remains white for a long time. Flowering continues from mid-summer until frosts.
The variety possesses high winter hardiness and resistance to lodging. The plant is used in landscape design as a solitaire, for hedges and flower groups, and is also suitable for cutting for fresh and dried bouquets.
