The variety belongs to the category of industrial apples. The tree is medium-sized, grows vigorously at a young age with branches directed upward, and forms a high-globular crown with age. The variety enters bearing early, produces abundant and regular yields, and requires regular pruning.

The fruits are small or medium-sized, conical in shape, yellow-green in color with a dark red blush. The flesh is whitish-yellow, firm, sweet-and-sour in taste with a spicy aroma. The fruits are poorly suited for fresh consumption but are excellent raw materials for the production of juices and apple wine.

The variety is distinguished by good winter hardiness and lack of soil requirements. It possesses high resistance to scab and fruit tree canker, and is characterized by only weak susceptibility to powdery mildew. It prefers warm locations for growth.
