The tree is medium-sized, reaching a height of 3–5 meters. The variety is triploid and requires cross-pollination by other apple varieties to produce a yield. The wood is characterized by strength, and the bark is resistant to frost cracks.

The fruits are medium to large in size and flat-round in shape. The skin is covered with a brownish-red or red-striped bloom. The flesh is juicy, crisp, and has a pleasant sweet-sour taste. The fruits ripen in October, have good keeping quality, and are suitable for both fresh consumption and processing.
