The tree is vigorous, with a spreading crown and an open habit; it enters fruit bearing in the 2–3rd year. The variety is prone to alternate bearing, therefore fruit thinning is recommended. Flowering is late, which ensures resistance to spring frosts.

Fruits are medium to large in size, spherical or round-cylindrical in shape, weighing 200–300 g. The coloration is uniform, intensely red striped. The flesh is firm, juicy, crisp, light-cream colored, and the taste is sweet with minimal acidity.

The variety possesses high transportability and long storage periods. Resistance to powdery mildew and fire blight is rated as high, to scab — as medium. For industrial cultivation, pollinators such as Granny Smith, Gala, Golden Delicious, or Red Delicious are required.
