The variety is a compact tree of the columnar type, reaching a height of 2.5–3 meters with a crown width of 40 to 60 cm. The plant forms few lateral branches, which minimizes the need for pruning, though it requires a support stake to ensure stability.

The fruits have an average weight of 130–190 g, are characterized by a green color, firm juicy flesh, and a sweet, spicy taste with a slight acidity. The variety matures starting in September, possesses good keeping quality, and is characterized by high resistance to scab, powdery mildew, and apple canker.

To ensure yield, the variety requires the presence of other pollinator apple trees nearby, in particular, varieties from the CATS series. The plant is suitable for organic gardening and cultivation in balcony greening conditions.
