The tree is of medium size with a semi-open oval crown. The variety is mid-early winter, with the harvest gathered from mid-September to early October. The fruits have cream-white firm flesh, and the consumption period is from November to February.

The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, culinary use, and cider production. Thinning of the fruitlets is required to obtain a high-quality crop. The variety is partially self-fertile.

The variety is demanding in maintenance, insufficiently winter hardy, and sensitive to spring frosts. Susceptibility to scab, powdery mildew, fire blight, and canker is noted.
