The tree is of medium height with a cone-shaped crown and sparse branching. The variety enters fruiting early and is characterized by annual abundant yields. Frost resistance is up to -30°C, and winter hardiness is estimated as medium.

The fruits are large, spherical-conical or cylindrical in shape. The skin is smooth, with a waxy bloom, almost completely covered by a purple-red blush. The flesh is creamy-greenish, firm and juicy, and has a sweet-sour taste.

The variety shows high resistance to bark and wood diseases, medium resistance to powdery mildew, and susceptibility to scab. Under normal conditions, the fruits can be stored until February; in a controlled atmosphere, until May.
