The ‘NURCA variety (full name Annurca Campana) is a well-known Italian apple variety intended both for fresh consumption and for use in the food industry, including cider production.

The variety is characterized by a specific biochemical composition of the fruit. Various clones are used in agronomic practice, such as AICA, Bella del Sud, and Rossa del Sud, which are cultivated on dwarf rootstocks, including M.9.
