The tree of this variety is medium-sized, capable of reaching a height of 4 to 8 meters, forming a wide, rounded, semi-open crown. The plant has sufficient winter hardiness, but is sensitive to the effects of late spring frosts during the flowering period. The variety is prone to biennial bearing.

The fruits are medium-sized and have a flat-round shape. Their basic yellow-green color is covered with an intense red blush with a marbled pattern and streaks. The fine-grained firm flesh is very juicy and is characterized by a pronounced spicy taste and aroma. Harvesting takes place from the end of September to October, and consumer maturity occurs from November to March.

The variety is used for fresh consumption, as well as for culinary processing and juice production. The trees require sheltered planting conditions, as they are susceptible to scab, powdery mildew, fire blight, and fruit tree canker. In drought conditions, the fruits may drop prematurely.
