The fruits of the variety have a round, slightly flattened shape. At harvest, they are green with red stripes, and upon full maturity, they acquire a yellow background with intense red stripes. The flesh is firm and white.
The variety is classified as a winter variety; harvesting in Central Italy occurs in October. The apples possess a sweet-sour taste and an intense aroma; they are well-suited for long-term storage and fresh consumption.
