The tree is medium-sized, reaching a height of up to 5 meters, with a crown varying from round to flat. The fruits are medium-sized, flat-round, with greenish-yellow skin and a red blush. The flesh is yellowish-white, firm, juicy, with a moderate aroma.

The variety is a winter type: the period of consumer maturity begins in December and lasts until April. The plant has winter hardiness down to -25°C, however, it is sensitive to scab, canker and prone to fruit glassiness.

Due to the variability of the fruit appearance, the variety is not suitable for commercial orcharding and is cultivated mainly in amateur gardens and historical collections.
