Variety description

The tree is vigorous, forming a large dome-shaped crown. The variety is distinguished by very late flowering, which protects it from damage by spring frosts, and high wind resistance.

The fruits are medium-sized, often with an uneven ribbed surface. At harvest, they have a yellowish-green ground color, which changes upon ripening to bright yellow with an intense reddish blush on the sunny side. The flesh is yellowish-white, juicy, with a spicy wine-like taste.

Winter variety: harvest maturity occurs from mid-September to the end of October, consumer maturity from December. The fruits are suitable for storage until April–May. The variety is of universal purpose, suitable both for fresh consumption and for all types of processing.
