Trees are medium to vigorous with a broad crown. Harvest maturity of the fruits occurs in October, consumer maturity is from December to March-April. The variety is triploid, requires pollinators, yield is high but periodic.

Fruits are large or very large, weighing 200–260 g, flat or flat-rounded in shape, often with characteristic skin roughness. The ground color is yellowish with a dark red blush on 60–80% of the surface. The flesh is firm, yellowish-white, sweet and sour, and spicy.

The variety is highly susceptible to scab, fruit tree canker, collar rot, and bitter pit. The fruits are for universal use, particularly in demand for cooking, as they retain their taste qualities after heat treatment.
