The variety is a color mutation (clone) of the classic Jonathan apple tree. The tree is characterized as low-growing, reaching a height of 2 to 4 meters. The plant is self-sterile or partially self-sterile and requires the presence of pollinator varieties for stable fruiting.

The fruits are medium-sized, slightly ribbed, with smooth waxy skin of a bright red color. The flesh is white, sometimes with a reddish tint. The harvest is collected in late September, consumer maturity is reached by December, and storage is possible until March-April.

The variety has winter hardiness of up to -31°C... -34°C, while it may be susceptible to powdery mildew. Agronomic practices require regular pruning to maintain productivity.
