The variety is a winter one; the fruits ripen in the period from the end of September to the end of October. The storage life of the harvest lasts from December until spring. The fruits are of medium to large size, flat-round, sometimes deformed in shape, with a green-yellow skin with a pronounced red blush and juicy green-white flesh.

Flavor qualities vary from sweet to spicy or sweet-and-sour. The variety is distinguished by a relatively late onset of fruiting and low, often irregular yields. The plant is adapted to various growing conditions, provided there are deep and fertile soils.
