PM3 is a mutant clonal apple rootstock developed in Poland. It was obtained as a result of gamma radiation exposure of the original A2 rootstock (variant A2-11).
The rootstock is intended for grafting apple cultivars. In terms of growth characteristics, it is similar to the M.26 rootstock and ensures high yields of grafted trees while maintaining high fruit quality.
