The variety was obtained by crossing Undine and B5 (44,14). It belongs to a group of varieties created for organic and integrated production, which allows for the minimization of chemical pesticide treatments. In addition to resistance to scab, it possesses tolerance to fire blight.
The fruits are firm, crisp, with coarse-grained flesh and a high content of sugars and acids, suitable for long-term storage. The tree is distinguished by its specific growth habit, productivity, and requires minimal pruning, which makes it easy to maintain.
