The variety was obtained as a result of crossing the Clivia variety with a scab-resistant form. The tree is of medium vigor with a spherical, non-dense crown. The variety is part of a series of disease-resistant varieties and exhibits high winter hardiness down to -27°C, however, it is prone to bitter pit.
Fruits weighing 220–270 g, oval-flattened in shape, often ribbed. Skin is light yellow with a red blush, may develop a greasy coating. Flesh is firm, fine-grained, juicy, with a sweet and sour taste. Harvest maturity occurs in early October, fruits can be stored for 5–6 months.
