The tree is medium-sized, with a compact crown suitable for intensive and private orchards. The variety was obtained through hybridization using wild Asian apple genes, which provides high resistance to scab and powdery mildew, as well as reduced susceptibility to fire blight.

Harvest maturity occurs in September–October, consumption maturity in December; the fruits store until February. The fruits are large, weighing 160–230 g, round-cylindrical in shape, with yellow-green skin almost entirely covered by a red or dark carmine blush.

The flesh is cream-colored, firm, crisp, and juicy, distinguished by a harmonious sweet-and-sour wine-spicy flavor. The variety is intended for fresh consumption but is also suitable for processing into juice and cider, and is in demand in organic gardening.
