The tree has a narrow crown shape. The foliage of young plants has a reddish hue, which changes to dark green. The flowers are light lilac-pink, semi-double, and reach 3.5–4 cm in diameter. Flowering occurs in May and is characterized by high intensity.
The fruits are small, plum-red in color, and their diameter is 1.7–3 cm. The variety has very high winter hardiness and is adapted to harsh climatic conditions. It prefers sunny areas with fertile, well-drained, and fresh soil; it requires periodic pruning.
