In literature on olive germplasm, the name Allora is encountered as a local synonym for the well-known varieties Cerasuola or Piangente. In scientific studies of Tuscan olives, this genotype is distinguished as a separate object with characteristic long and large dark green leaves.
Due to the decorative appearance of the foliage, the plant can be used in landscape design. Research indicates that this genotype does not possess increased susceptibility to foliar diseases in comparison with traditional olive varieties.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
