ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The fruits have an oval shape and a weight of 3 to 11 grams. During the ripening process, the color changes from light green to dark purple and almost black. The flesh is juicy, the skin is thin and elastic, and the taste is characterized as slightly sweet with fruity-wine or nutty notes.
The variety is mid-late, with harvesting carried out from September to January depending on the desired degree of maturity. The tree is resistant to cold and olive knot, however, it shows sensitivity to Verticillium wilt and arid climates.
The purpose of the variety is primarily table, but due to its medium-quality oil content, it is also classified as dual-purpose. The variety is a folk variety and was formed through natural selection over many centuries.
