TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The variety has a history of more than 500 years and is traditionally propagated by grafting due to its low ability to root independently. The tree is characterized by its large size and spreading crown, with dark green leaves with a glossy sheen.
The fruits ripen early, have an elongated, asymmetrical shape, and an average weight of 2.7–3 grams. The variety is characterized by high adaptation to poor soils, resistance to drought and soil fungal diseases, and is also suitable for mechanized harvesting.
The oil obtained from this variety has a yellow color, a mild sweet taste with fruity notes, and is practically devoid of bitterness. The oil yield is more than 18%.
