Trees of this variety are characterized as low-growing, reaching 6–8 meters in natural conditions, with drooping branches and a rounded crown. The leaves are small, elongated, and gray-green in color with a leathery texture.
The fruits are small, weighing 5–15 grams, and are round or oval in shape. During the ripening process, their color changes from green to pinkish-mauve and then to dark brown or black. The variety is intended primarily for oil production, which is distinguished by a mild flavor with fruity notes.
Arbequine is characterized by early entry into fruiting and high yield. The plant is able to adapt to various soil types and climatic conditions, withstanding temperature drops down to -15 °C. When cultivated, it requires regular pruning for crown formation and efficient harvesting.
