TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The tree has high growth vigor and a dense crown, typically formed as a full-sized tree with weeping branches. The fruit turns dark upon ripening, with an oil content of 18–21%. The oil is characterized by a mild taste without pronounced bitterness.
The variety is considered hardy and resistant to a number of diseases, and it adapts well to cool climates. The olives ripen in late autumn or early winter. The plant is not self-pollinating and requires the presence of other pollinator varieties in the orchard to produce a crop.
