The Levantinka tree has vigorous growth and a spreading crown with smooth bark on the branches. The variety is a good pollinator and, with regular irrigation, demonstrates the potential for high yields. It is moderately sensitive to cold and drought, but tolerates windy conditions well.

The fruits are medium-sized, elliptical-elongated in shape with a slight upward curve. The variety is versatile, but is primarily used for oil production, which is valued for its balanced taste with notes of freshly cut grass, green apple, almond, and green tomatoes.
