Variety description

10 August 2026

The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and a dense crown with drooping branches resembling a weeping willow. The fruits have an average size of 2 to 4 grams, turning colors ranging from dark purple to almost black when ripe, and the flesh separates easily from the pit. The oil yield is approximately 18–21% of the fruit mass.

The variety is cross-pollinating and requires the presence of pollinators such as Pendolino, Maurino, Frantoio, Moraiolo, or Coratina. The plant possesses good resistance to major olive diseases and high frost resistance, which allows it to be successfully grown in various climatic conditions.
