TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The tree has medium vigor, a dense spreading canopy, and long grey-green elliptical leaves. The variety is late-maturing with a prolonged harvesting period. The fruits are symmetrical, oval, weighing about 2 g, and acquire a green color with purple stripes during ripening.
The variety is self-sterile and requires the presence of pollinator varieties such as Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Maurino, Piangente, and Pendolino. It exhibits resistance to peacock spot, olive fruit fly infestation, and adverse climatic factors. Tree productivity is estimated as medium.
The oil content of the fruits is about 19%. The resulting oil is characterized by an intense flavor and aroma profile with notes of fresh grass, leaves, artichoke, green almond, and tomato. Currently, the variety is also used in intensive and super-intensive orchard systems.
