ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The variety is autochthonous and traditionally grown in the Alto Cilento area. The tree has an upright crown with very dense foliage; the leaves are lanceolate and dark green, and the appearance of the plant is often considered ornamental.
The fruit ripens earlier than other varieties and has a high flesh content. The traditional method of use is the production of "cracked" olives: they are harvested unripe, crushed, pitted, and preserved. The oil from this variety is characterized by a balanced taste with light bitterness, spicy undertones, and notes of almond.
