The fruits of the variety have an elongated shape, small size, and retain a green color even upon reaching full maturity. Trees are characterized by late onset of bearing. Harvesting is difficult due to high fruit detachment resistance.

The variety is sensitive to cold and the fungal disease Spilocaea oleagina, as well as to scale insect infestation, while showing resistance to the olive fruit fly. The resulting oil has a mild fruity flavor with notes of almond and tomato, characterized by low intensity of bitterness and pungency.
