ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The tree has medium vigor with an upright, 'broom-like' crown shape that requires complex training. The variety is partially self-fertile and requires pollinator varieties to increase yield; it enters the bearing stage relatively late.
Fruits are of medium size and ripen gradually between mid-November and mid-December. The variety shows increased resistance to low temperatures compared to other regional varieties, however, it is susceptible to olive fruit fly and peacock spot.
Fruits are distinguished by a high oil content and an optimal pulp-to-pit ratio. The resulting oil is characterized by a high content of antioxidants.
