The variety is universal and is grown both for grain production and as a forage crop. The green mass, hay and silage of the variety are suitable for feeding farm animals, and the biomass can be used as a substrate for biogas production.

The plant possesses high heat resistance and drought tolerance, with a growing season ranging from 70 to 100 days. The grain contains about 140 g/kg of crude protein, 47.5 g/kg of crude fat and 137 g/kg of crude fiber.

Under trial conditions, grain yield reached about 1030 kg/ha. The variety can be cultivated both in monoculture and in mixtures with annual legumes.
