The plant reaches a height of 90–120 cm; stems and leaves have smooth pubescence. The stem is slightly oval in shape and has good tillering capacity, forming 8–10 shoots. Leaves are narrow and dark green; panicles are semi-open with short branches.

Grains are slightly oval in shape, ivory in color, and have a thousand kernel weight of 5.0–5.5 g. The variety is characterized by low susceptibility to rust and bacteriosis. Yield ranges from 2.0 to 3.8 t/ha.

The grain is easily husked and is distinguished by high antioxidant activity. The variety can be used in livestock farming for grazing ruminants and geese during the panicle emergence period, as well as an after-harvest crop for forage production.
