The millet variety «Osoblyve» has a vegetation period of about 93 days. The plant is characterized by high growth and resistance to smut diseases at a level of 7 points to 10 races.

The grain of the variety contains 13.50–14.0% protein and 4.8–5.6 mg/kg of carotenoids. The product possesses specific technological properties and an amylopectin starch type.

The variety is intended for food purposes, including use as an additive to wheat flour for baking, and can also be used for feed purposes.
