The variety belongs to the root parsley group; the vegetation period from emergence to technical maturity ranges from 90–105 to 140–180 days. The plant forms a vigorous rosette of dark green aromatic leaves suitable for consumption.

The roots have a conical shape, their weight varies from 50–70 g to 100–130 g with a length of 20–30 cm. The flesh is firm and juicy, white or cream-white in color, with a rich spicy aroma.

The variety is characterized by cold tolerance, winter hardiness, and resistance to root cracking and branching. The produce is suitable for fresh consumption, drying, freezing, and long-term winter storage.
