The variety forms upright plants 20–30 cm in height with dark green leaves. The root vegetables reach a length of 15–25 cm, have a weight of 80–100 g and a diameter of about 4 cm. In terms of their characteristics and appearance, the root vegetables resemble parsnips, possess a pronounced aroma and a crispy texture.
The plant possesses good winter hardiness, withstanding temperatures down to -20 °C. The variety is intended primarily for cultivation for the sake of the root vegetables, used in cooking, and is suitable for cultivation in containers. The root vegetables are well-suited for storage.
