The variety belongs to the mid-late flowering category. In years with insufficient accumulation of 'chilling hours', a mismatch in flowering periods with female varieties is possible, which reduces pollination efficiency. The tree is characterized by good growth vigor and requires well-drained soils.

During cultivation, the standard planting scheme involves placing one male tree for every 8–12 or more female plants. Due to potential asynchronous flowering in regions with warm winters, the variety is increasingly being supplemented or replaced by other pollinators better adapted to the flowering periods of female varieties.
