10 August 2026
The plant is a tree or shrub 2 to 5 meters in height. The variety is characterized by lower winter dormancy requirements, needing about 700–850 chill hours to flower, and demonstrates more uniform annual bearing compared to other varieties.
Fruits are medium-sized, with up to 95% of nuts in the harvest being split. The shell has a white color and smooth surface, the kernel is green, and the nut shape is elongated. The variety ripens 2–3 weeks earlier than the Kerman variety and requires dry conditions during the ripening period for the prevention of fungal diseases.
