The fruits of the Briana variety range from 2.5 to 3.8 cm in size. Their exterior color is light orange, while the interior is dark orange. The trees are distinguished by an arboreal growth habit, in which fruits are formed in dense clusters on spurs.

The variety is intended for fresh consumption; the kernels can also be used for food and oil production. The plant possesses high winter hardiness, withstanding temperatures down to -34 °C, and good resistance to diseases and pests. Since the variety is a seedling, segregation of traits is possible when propagated by seeds.
