The tree has vigorous growth energy and forms a well-developed broad-pyramidal or spreading crown. Fruit ripening occurs in mid-to-late June.

The fruits are medium-sized, heart-shaped, and have shiny, waxy, light yellow skin, sometimes with a light blush. The flesh is light-colored, firm, and juicy, with a sweet taste.

The variety is self-incompatible and requires cross-pollination for fruit set. It prefers warm, sunny areas with rich, permeable soils and is sensitive to waterlogging. The fruits of this variety are considered less prone to damage by birds and certain pests.
