The Choltická variety, also known as Choltická pestrá, is a traditional local variety from the Choltice settlement area. By fruit type, it belongs to the category of crisp cherries.

Fruit ripening occurs in mid-summer. The variety is intended for cultivation in the Czech Republic and is recommended for planting at altitudes up to 450 meters above sea level.

In modern agronomic literature, there is no detailed data on the morphological traits of the tree, resistance to diseases, or detailed characteristics of product quality.
