The variety is a traditional type grown in the lower Susa Valley. The plant is characterized by early entry into the fruiting period, and the fruits are used for fresh consumption.

The fruits contain about 16.0° Brix of sugar at a pH level of 3.87 and an acidity of 109 meq/l. Susceptibility to cracking is rated as medium. The stone has an average weight of 0.26 g, a height of 11.2 mm, a width of 9.3 mm, and a thickness of 7.6 mm.
