Graffione del Piemonte is a traditional sweet cherry variety of popular selection, adapted to the conditions of the Italian Piedmont region. The tree has medium-high vigor and an upright-spreading crown. The leaves are of medium size, have an elliptically-expanded shape, and an average length of about 11.6 cm.

The heart-shaped fruits have a light, yellowish-red color and very firm flesh, which lacks anthocyanin coloring pigments. The variety belongs to the late-maturing group, ripening in the fourth week of June. The fruits are distinguished by a high content of soluble solids, reaching 20.10 °Brix.
