The variety is mid-season; fruits ripen in late June — early July. The tree is characterized by vigorous growth and forms a dense spherical crown, which becomes slightly drooping over time.

The fruits are medium to large in size, have a heart-shaped form and shiny dark red skin. The firm, juicy, red flesh has a sweet taste with slight acidity and spicy notes. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and for industrial processing.

The variety possesses good winter hardiness, moderate resistance to fruit cracking, and low susceptibility to Monilia. It is self-infertile; for pollination, the varieties Hedelfingenská, Van, and Napoleon are recommended.
